What Causes Period Twice In A Month?

Im 13 and i recently had my first period and now i am having another period this month as in 2 in the same month only about a week apart and im almost sure its been going in for 4 or more days and i was wondering is this something to be concerned about

You do not need to be concerned about this right now. It is very common to have irregular periods when a girl first starts having them. They should become more normal and regular after a few months. It takes some time for all the hormones to come into the right balance at the beginning.
