What Causes Persistent Anal Discharge And Blood In Stool?

Hemorrhoid or anal clitoris? I’ve tried to look up more information. I have brought hemorrhoid medicine that you squeeze in your butt. It use to burn but not so much now. Also there is always leakage in my boxers from my anus. Pooping doesn’t hurt as much as it use to but then again it’s only been 3 weeks. Minimal blood in stool. Is there any other medicine I can use and how long does hemorrhoid last?
