What Causes Persistent Back And Abdominal Pains After Treatment For UTI?

Hi, I went to the dr last week for lower back & abdominal pain along with burning when urinating & frequent urination. I was treated with antibiotics for urinary tract infection. Since last week the pain when urinating has stopped but the back & belly pain are still daily as well as a heavy discharge & itching have came about. Can u help on what to do?
