What Causes Persistent Burning Sensation During Urination?

my son is complaining of burning urine, we did four cultures in last month and all culture showed Kleb Pneumonia organism growth. we did a direct baldder urine culture and it was normal. now frequently he is complaining about burning urine, increased sensation and slow flow. pls advice age 11, ht 140 and wt 33 kg
