What Causes Persistent Cold Sweat Along With Nausea?

I have been having episodes of feeling nautious which is accompanied by a feeling of weakness, then follwed by a cold sweat. this only lasts a few seconds and I return to feeling normal. However, they seem to be getting more frequent with a headache that may or may not last.
