What Causes Persistent Constipation Despite Home Remedies Post A Hysterectomy?

hi, I just had a Davinci hysterectomy on Monday. I am having horrible constipation. I have tried dulcolax, prunes, rasins, water, walking and still miserable. So bad that bright red blood comes out at times. would an emema or suppository be more helpful? thank you so much!
