General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
i really appreciate your concern

this could be URTI or an allergic reaction
I would like further information to help you better like your age
history of smoking or alcohol
associated with fever or running nose or phlegm?

I would advise you to take a cough syrup or honey mixed with drops of ginger juice
steam inhalation and gargles with hot saline water
deep breathing exercise

you can ask your doctor for investigations like blood test for CBC ESR absolute eosinophil count and an X ray chest

hope this will guide you for further course of action
wishing you good health
