Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of taking medicines for diabetes and hypertension.
You have developed a problem of the choking sensation of the right nostril, cough gets chocked that neither it can be swallowed nor can it be thrown away.
Since your Doctor has changed the medicines like Glycomet GP 1 from GP1 and Omnitan from Amodep AT, Amtas was also prescribed. You are taking Doxolyn 400 since 5 months but it looks it is not working at all.

It is usually the anti-hypertensives that cause the problem.
You have to discuss with your Physician and request for changing over to another medicines that have not such side effects.
At the same time you can certainly stop Doxolyn as it is not useful. Other causes of such an occurrence should be investigated in consultation of an ENT Surgeon and the Pulmonologist to find the cause and to get an appropriate treatment.
I hope changing the medicines should help you, at the same time, you should be careful while consuming food and beverages as it contains the preservatives.
Also keep away from all irritant like dust, fumes, scents and all. Prevention is better than the cure they say.
