What Causes Persistent Dull Pain And Stiffness In Neck?

Hello, I continue to have dull pain and stiffness in my neck and very top of my upper back. At first I thought I had slept on it wrong the first few nights, but I have had these symptoms for over two month s now and I cannot seem to get relief. Dull achy constant pain. Thank you for any help.

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms of pain is there since two months then it could be due to some cervical degenerative disease and this could be some near possibility need to be ruled out, till then "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
