What Causes Persistent Fever Along With Neck Pain And Headaches?

i went to er yesterday morning after 3 days of fever around 103...fever and headache only until today when yhe back of my neck is painful but could be from an awkward sleeping position i dont know. the tests were done ... ct scan blood test and took ser from my back just to check if it could be meningitis ... all tests came out perfectly fine ....now almost 2 days later im having the same symptoms and mostly when igo to sleep . Im taking ibuprofen 3*200 and tylenol 2*500 every four hours alternating . I dont know what else to do

take neck color use hard bed and avoid pillow at bed time. take hyfenac p twice daily apply analgesic ointment over neck.no need of further investigation.
