Hello As fever present form last 2 months and no relief i. e. tuberculosis was there . This type of tuberculosis is known as laryngeal tuberculosis and this type is common after pulmonary tuberculosis ( in lungs ) , although few doctors termed it as pulmonary tuberculosis . Anyway treatment is same in both cases . As far as concerned about hyperthyroidism , your husband can take both treatment concomitantly without any side effect. Here I would like to say one thing that your husband should take complete treatment as advised by your treating doctor . Hope this information will be helpful for you.
