What Causes Persistent Fever With Cough And Vomiting?

Hi, my baby is 10 months old, 7days before he had a fever dueto infection in his throat, he was advised with antibiotic. And fever was gone after 2days of medication. But after finishing the medicine. He again got a low grade fever with cough,occational vhomiting and lose motion

Welcome to Hcm,
There is a possibility of viral infection in your child. Best thing you doing is that you already started treatment for throat infection. However recurrence of fever with other symptoms are suggestive of a viral illness similar to dengue. Pls continue same treatment but pay increased attention on his fluid intake. He should take as much fluid as he can. If symptoms doesn't subside in next 24 hrs, you need to get his blood tested and test for dengue also. Take care.
