What Causes Persistent Fever With Stomach Ache And Urine Infection?

hi i had 102 degree fever on 14th may. stomach was upset before fever. doctor stated cipro medicine from 16th, widal negative,low garde fever persisted till 30th , had slight urine infection also, doctor gave zedocef 0, fever subsided for next 3 days, again had 99 fever once a day till yesterday, please advise.pk
