What Causes Persistent Fullness And Pain In The Abdomen?

it feels like my bile is backed up i have constant fullness and gas i have pain in my lower abdomen leftside pain in my back lower left side i have a hard time passing waste it feels like something is stuck in my bile cavity even when i go to the bathroom it doesn't feel empty
