What Causes Persistent Headache While On Esiflo?

I am using esiflow 250 since 1 month at least two times everyday. But in the morning.I feel headache & the head remains heavy all along the day. For a long days I cannot smell anything but now a days i get the smell of almost everything. Is it due to medicine? But the shortness of breath I feel very much, specially at the time of climbing up the stair.

I have read and understood your concern
Headache is a well described side effect of Esiflo. This drug may be responsible for headache and head heaviness you experience.There are other causes of headache.However, only associated symptoms may help orientate diagnosis.
As for shortness of breath while clinbing stairs, it may be caused by your underlying medical condition for which you are taking Esiflo or heart pathologies.Esiflo generally indicated in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.I will suggest you see the Doctor for a cardio-pulmonary examination before the problem gets serious.
I will suggest you continue with your spray as prescribed by the Doctor and if headache persits or becomes too intense or if other associated symptoms , you see the Doctor for evaluation.For now, a pain drug lke tylenol or paracetamol may help.
