What Causes Persistent Illness In A Child?

Hi my 5yrs old son gets sick after every 2months. Food poisoning. Stomach infection. Dengue. n starts vomiting n gets dehydrated then hospitalization n on drips for atleast 5days. Gets very weak. Eats nothing healthy or little which doesn't filles his stomach plz help n always cranky, irritated, crying n stubborn

Hi Dear,
Welcome to the HCM
Detailed Investigation like CBC, ESR, MX TEST URINE EXAM, CXR etc to be done to rule out any subtle infection.
Hand to mouth hygiene is quite important.
Deworming to be done,
Regular iron and multivitamin syrups to be given,
Balanced diet more proteins to be given.
Avoid junk food from outside.
