Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

As per your history of frequent loose stools, you might be having irritable bowel syndrome which caused your excess bowel movements.

The causes could be infection or stress or bacterial overgrowth in intestine but you do not need to be worried about cancer as it has nothing to do with cancer.

Frequent urination could be due to excess water intake in case you do not have any urinary symptoms or it could be due to urinary infection but should be confirmed by some relevant tests.

And hence, you should undergo urine analysis with stool examination (for routine micro, ova and cyst) with abdominal ultrasound and endoscopy if required.

It must be rule out with inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis or chron's disease.

There is no definitive treatment unless the actual is found out.

You may require antibiotics,anti-inflammatory, antispasmodics.

You must change the dietary habits like increase in high fiber diet, restore use of carbohydrates.

Consult physician for further treatment.
