What Causes Persistent Pain And Small Lumps On The Scalp After A Head Injury?

I fell about a year and half ago and hit the back of head in concrete, it was where the the concrete had been lifted from water damage.. so a lifted crack, anyway I got a HUGE hematoma the size of a softball.. had X-rays done of my skull no damage, but my physician never sent me to have a CT scan.. I m still having problems with pain and small lumps under my scalp and they are tender and squishy.. what should I do?
