Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is ur age and sex? does this stiffness last for a certain period of time? is there pain in ur small joints of hands and feet? for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? are u having fever? any other lymph node swelling in ur body? are u taking any medication?is there any swelling or redness of the joint?
In my opinion you should visit a RHEUMATOLOGIST so that you can be examined and investigated properly if i am ur attending doctor i will look for RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS and other joint pathologies. sometimes there are joint pains without any significant pathology but other causes must be ruled out first.
i will get your FBC along with ESR , CRP and RA FACTOR .then i will proceed for the Xray of the affected joints. in the light of these investigations i will be able to find any pathology.
meet your doctor for proper management.
meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
