Hello. My name is Francois. I am 44 years old and weighing 182 pounds with the height of 188 cm. I m generally in good health. Over the past year I have been experiencing mile more persistent pain in the right side of my neck. I initially received massage therapy and physiotherapy with no significant improvement. I recently received Osteopathy treatments that have been helpful in reducing my symptoms, although they still persist. The neck pain sometimes trigger headaches. I recently underwent the cervical MRI and here are the results: The craniocervical junction appears within normal limits. Normal alignment is seen. Normal cord signal is seen throughout the cervical and visualized upper thoracic cord. At C2-C3, there is no significant canal stenosis or neuroforaminal narrowing. At C3-C4, there is any minimal concentric disc osteophyte complex with no significant canals stenosis or neuroforaminal narrowing. At C4-C5, there is no significant canal stenosis or neuroforaminal narrowing. At C5-C6, there is a mild concentric disc osteophyte complex with no significant canal stenosis or neuroforaminal narrowing. At C6-C7, there is a mild to moderate concentric disc osteophyte complex contributed to minimal canal stenosis and no significant neuroforaminal stenosis, with minimal serpiginious activity seen within the right paracentral disc in keeping with a small to moderate annular tear. At C7-T1, there is no significant canal stenosis or neuroforaminal narrowing. Otherwise unremarkable. Opinion: mild to moderate degenerative changes centered at the lower cervical spine most prominent at C6-C7 as described. I should add that I was not involved in any accident and that my Doctor is of the opinion that my neck condition is related to my work. I m an office worker using a computer for most of the day. Poor posture would be the likely contributor. I am now doing exercises and working on improving my posture at work. I would appreciate any insight or advice in regards to the management or correction of my condition that you could provide. Thank you
