What Causes Persistent Pus And Epithelial Cells In Urine?

On2nd. July 2015 I felt pain on panise while passing Stool & Urine. I at once consult an Urologist . After examination of Urine RE - (2.) Doxit SL (100mg) - 30 no. twice daily & then once daily for 20 days. (3.) cap Urifast 100 mg - twice daily for 10 days & then 1 cap daily after dinner for 10 days. I got relief and pus cell reduced to 0-1/HPF on 4th. August 2015. After routine examination of Urine on 5th. August 2015 it is again found that Pass cell :1-2/HPF, Epithelial cell : A few and fillings of slight pain in panise during intercorse & sometimes releasing urine. suggest me medicine please at YYYY@YYYY

Presence of less than 5 pus cells / hpf is a normal finding. There is nothing to worry.
