What Causes Persistent Stiffness And Pain In Neck And Shoulders?
I m a 75 yr old female with no history of heart problems. There is history of heart problems on maternal side of family. For almost a week I ve had neck stiffness, and both shoulders are stiff and hurting. Both shoulders have some joint damage. My blood pressure is normal. Could these be symptoms of heart trouble?

Went through your post, neither neck stiffness nor shoulder is a manifestation of heart disease. You seem to be suffering from cervical spondylosis which explains the symptoms.
