What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain And Sore Body?

Hi

I have a stomach ache and it is not getting better and l seem to get weaker and weaker as the day goes by. l had headaches but now it stopped but the rest of my body is sore. Last night my body temperature was dropping and going up again - not sure if this is related to the stomach ache or not.

you need to get uper endoscopy for your stomach pain, and this may reveal mass, but been weaker and weaker and sore body may suggest more
investigations. like abdominopelvic ultrasound.
