What Causes Persistent Stomach Pains?

My Son of 11 years age is complaining constantly for stomach pain and his sufferings are escalating some time severely however after medication of medicines prescribed by local doctors he feels temporary relief but after few hours it starts again please provide your expert advice so I could do something for recovery of his health as we are very disturb as here in Karachi, Pakistan different doctors are diagnosing different reasons, i.e. Worms in stomach, or just ordinary pain due to digestive systems disorder etc. but none has yet asked for any test or ultrasound. please help me what should I do to save my only son's life? or others .

* Need thorough clinical work up with basic lab tests , ultrasound
