What Causes Persistent Swelling In Knees And Ankle Joints Along With Stiffness?

doctor i was tested for Ra factor which turned to be negative i am 33 yr old female,mother of two children,my ESR count shows 60 and rbc is 3.69 having persistent swelling in knees and ankle joints wand wrist joints with stiffness in morning and evenings

I really appreciate your concern, some time clinical diagnosis would be more important than the test, so if the clinical condition suspects the Rheumatic disease then it need to be managed in that manner only and this is noting to loose, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
