Dear Dr. I had Urinary track infection for past 03 months. I had take levoflox 500mg tab for 10 days and repeated it 03 times till now. Now I facing frequent urination, slightly strain in right side, mild low back pain. sometime feeling for vometting. What should I do now plz help.

The symptoms are suggestive of UTI , if Levofloxacine has not worked for it then the plan would be as follow:
I would personally advise an ultrasound to rule out any cause for the unhealing UTI like renal stone etc.
Another important thing is now to get a urine culture and sensitivity , this is very important here ,this test will not only show the germ but also the antibiotic working for it because the bug may be resistant to Levofloxacin. So I would suggest get an ultrasound and urine culture and sensitivity done. Hopefully it settles the issue
