What Causes Persistent Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Spirit Lactose 25 Mg?

Few months ago, I went to dermatologist for skin problems like dandruff and pimples. He prescribed me spirt lactose 25 mg for 2 months. 1 tablet in morning and 2 in night. I had my periods during that course for like every 15 days. After that one month my period was fine but now I am like continuous bleading from my vagina. It's bright red blood. I am really scared now. Please help?

Hello,
If you are talking about spironolactone, then that is an anti-androgen. It blocks testosterone, which is present to some extent even in females. It can disrupt the hormonal cycle and result in excess bleeding. If the bleeding is excessive you should see your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you are not anemic. You may also need a medication to help stop the bleeding. See your doctor today.
