What Causes Persistent Vomiting In An Infant?

My family is on vacation. We to ok our kiddos to the pool this morning. My 6 month old vomitted at the pool, and has vomitted 4 times since then. She hasn t been able to Keep anything down. It has now been 4 hours and she hasn t had a set diaper or held down any food or breastmilk. She is acting fine, unless she eats. Then she vomits. No temperature she is in a diaper in an air conditioned camper.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and this is nothing to worry because this could be self limiting one and may not need any treatment, but of course hydration is the matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
