What Causes Pigmentation And Burning On Using Supatret-C?

Hi Sir, My Name is lakshmi, my age is 28yrs. I went to doctor for blackspots and pimples, he suggested me to use supatret-c for blackspots.I applied that cream for 2 days, i observed that my face is getting black and serve burning sensation and again i met him whether to continue that cream or not.He suggested me to use,i used that cream my face gets black, actually iam white& fair before.Now that doctor suggested me to use acne moist .Iam worrying sir to continue this cream or not becoz alteast acne moist will reduce the blackness or not , i get my skin white or not.Please give me suggestion

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Supatret-C Gel contains the salts Clindamycin and Tretinoin as active ingredients. It is commonly prescribed for the treatment of acne, white blood cells cancer, dry, rough patches and tiny bumps on skin along with several other problems.
Acne moist is a moisturizer cream. It is a good moisturizer for dry skin types, having anti-bacterial effect along with sun screen.
Doctor might have prescribed for you to use acne moist as you had skin reaction due to the use of Supratret-C.
Combined use of these two creams would help to reduce acne. They do not directly help in reducing black spots or black heads.
It would be better for you to consult Dermatologist for proper advise.
