What Causes Pin Like Sensation In Chest And Pain During Deep Breath?

Hi aim 41 years of age and for the last few days I ve been feeling pins like sensation in my left chest side Also when I breath in deep I can feel that pin in my left side I m guessing in the heart Should I be conserened or is it just a side effect from stress

According to your complaint few possibility is present...

First if you are taking excess stress then it can occur..
Rest done...
Avoid stressful situation...
Yoga helpful...
If needed counselling done by psychiatrist....

Second it could be simple musculoskeletal pain...
Rest with analgesic useful...
Avoid heavy weight lift and strenous exercise...
Take proper sleep posture while at bed...

Thirdly if you have still problem and cause not clear detailed history and examination needed to do further work up...
To rule out respiratory causes pulmonary function tests and chest x ray useful...
