What Causes Pinching Like Feeling On Left Side Of Abdomen?

I feel like someone is pinching me on my left side .. I just got out of hospital last week due to bleeding and black stool.. No evidence of bleeding in stomach or Colon .. Could the pinching be in my small intestine .. Next test I m swallowing a small capsule to look in small intestine .. I had a blood transfusion also .. No signs of blood now and stool is fine in color

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). You must have undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy examination and then was suggested for capsule endoscopy to evaluate for small intestine. Yah the cause may be in small intestine. I will also suggest you to get ultarsound abdomen for evaluation of other viscera like kidney and spleen that are locate on left side.
