What Causes Pinching Sensation On Right Side Of The Head?

I have been having pinching sensation on right side of head, anywhere from jaw to back of head, almost felt liek it was on the right side of my throat in the beginning. Sometimes I wonder if m imagining it but then I ll get a shap pinching sensation on right side. seems to come and go

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be muscular symptoms and it may be spasm or twitching but may not be due to any disease but it could be due to stress it self so try to come out of this condition, and hope this information helps.
