What Causes Pink Spotting After Delayed Periods?

so this is a question for a menstrual cycle... I have had lets say a 34 day cycle... my last cycle was November 1st - 7th it was very normal. at the end of November I started to get my normal PMS symptoms only I didn't get my cycle. I took 4 test in the beginning of December and one maybe a few days ago and all came back negative. I also have recently been spotting (pinkish watery) only when I wipe. I'm not sure if this is implantation or ovulation or just an extremely lite period. can you help me?

Hi there thanks for posting your at HCM
AS DEAR YOU ALREADY MENTIONED THAT you have history of prolonged cycles and there is a history of amennorhea in December with only spotting it could be that you are pregnant .And you also tell that the test was negative . I advice that you go for an repeat pregnancy test . May be developed hormonal imbalance which can only be ruled out after you refer to your gynoecologist who after thoroughly examining advises you to to go for certain investigations including the female hormonal profile in which the serum progesterone , estrogen FSH,LH Porlactin will be investigated
Dont ignore
Go to your gynoe now
Take care
