What Causes Pins And Needles In Arm And Leg Of A Partially Paralytic Person?

ole! again. I am 73 but had a stroke in 2006. Right hand side, with all right side paralysed, middle of my nose to the right. Ican walk holding on to some one, swim, and have written my book typing with the left hand. BUTsince 6 months I am getting more pins and needles in my right arm and leg. Getting worse by the day, always early morning when getting up, and if sitting too long in a squashed place. PLEASE HELP ME, I AM OLD I KNOW, BUT HAVE BEEN VERY PHYSICALLY FIT, AND CAN'T STAND THIS.
