What Causes Pooping Late Night With A Running Nose?

My daughter is 2 she has a runny nose but that's it. She has been potty trained but lately poops her pants at night in her sleep and its soft and runny? She dosent seem to have any other symptoms but I can't figure out why she is suddenly pooping at night And now during the day.

Children who are constipated usually experience pseudo incontinence.
I would suggest a thorough examination from Pediatrician for further assessment.
