What Causes Poor Blood Circulation In Hands While On Heart Medication?

I had a virus that attacked my heart about a month ago. But my my is improving and on heart medication such as beta blocker and high blood pressure medicine. I have recently gained two pounds in a day and am experiencing poor circulation in my hands and feet at night but not swelling?
