What Causes Poor Eating Due Stomach Pain?
My son is 3yrs and not eating properly for last 2days - offen complaining of stomac pain...dont know if he is saying for fun or seriously has pain. Today morning he was down with fever. after a dosage of crocin, he is better now however still not eating food.

Many children have food fads and trouble the mother for eating.
This will pass off in due course of time.
Until then take more time for feeding , feed with tender loving care and the foods which the child likes.
Any way you have to consult pediatrician to know the cause of fever and stomach pain and for proper treatment.
