I am 65 years old. 4. I Have very bad knees. I have an apt. for a knee replacement in July, but I am not sure I can wait so long, because the pain has gotten much worse lately. 5. Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to depression and the lack of concentration. Trazodone can also influence in the memory problems.

For this reason, I recommend discussing with your doctor on the possibility of switching to Mirtazapine. It is also necessary consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam, some cognitive tests and a brain MRI.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
