What Causes Popping Shin Splints?
My granddaughter is always complaining that her shin is popping. She wants all her clothes to be loose fitting. She thinks its the clothes that are making her pop. She has been using the same soap Dove and same soap powder Tide since she been born. She is 7 years old now

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of shin popping could be nonspecific and it may not be due to tight cloth or anything else it is just kid and it could be just discomfort moral support would be nice for her, make her sure that it is not going to hurt, and if symptom is persistence then it is better to see the doctor because clinical examination is the only way to clear the doubt, hope this information helps.
