Hi,

As post reconstruction of the ligament there are rare changes of re-rupture of the reconstructed ligament. But on a safer side clinical examination is advised as the reconstruction is just 5 weeks old.

Popping sound are a part of the joint unlocking at times but as I mentioned without having a clinical examination we cannot determine the actual diagnosis.

If there is not swelling, no pain, able you walk than it will not be a ligament re-injury. Continue the knee rehabilitation for some more days. A sports knee rehabilitation will be of good choice to get the maximum outcome score post surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
