hello u had tubal ligation 1 day after child birth this is puerperal ligation done by mini lap technique this technique also has a failure rate ( very less failure rate of 1 to 3 per 1000) symptoms of sore breasts,abdominal cramps, fatigue, headache which u r experiencing can happen in early pregnancy but they can happen in other situations also so they cannot be used to diagnose pregnancy please tell when were ur last periods were ur periods delayed this time or not if ur periods r also delayed or ur periods r much less in flow u should go for urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample after delay of 5 to 7 days if periods r normal regular flow, chances of pregnancy r almost nil if not pregnant I would advise you go for serum prolactin level as headache, sore breasts with milky discharge from nipples ( galactorrhoea) could be due to hyperprolactinemia also hope this helps you
