What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms And Negative HPT While On Nexplanon?

Hi, IV been on nexplanon for 2 years now and latley IV been having pregnancy symptoms like darkning of nipple, headaches, fatigue,morning sickness, and spotting. I took a couple tests but they have came out negative but the symptoms haven t gone away. Am I pregnant?

Understand your concern
You have to think about pregnancy if you have missed period (delayed by 10 days). For better confirmation you should check by Blood HCG or USG scan.
All of your symptoms may be due to side effects of implant as it cause hormone imbalance. Chance of pregnancy is less as implant is long acting contraceptive (less than 0.05 %). Following are side effects: Irregular bleeding and spotting, delayed period/prolonged period, weight gain
and Ovarian cysts.
