What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms And Yet Test Results To Be Negative?

Hi I have all the symptoms of pregnancy including serious food cravings and salivating yet a urine test and ultrasound proves am not pregnant yet my last period was on may 19th and its now august 16th and I havent seen my period just little spots of blood which started about three days ago. I am trying to get pregnant what could possible be wrong?

if ur urine test and ultrasound is showing that u r not pregnant then its true that u r not pregnant.nausea ,vomiting is most common but it is also not surest sign of pregnancy,all symptoms can occur in other medical problems. but if u have 3 month amenorrhea then u may have pcods or thyroid disease.so consult to gynaecologist who can diagnose after investigating u and ur husband both for infertility and start treatment.then u will conceive soon.
