What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms Post IUD Removal?

Here is a little background: I have just gotten my mirena IUD removal 2 month ago, after having it in for 18 months. I had to get it removal because it was stuck in my walls on the right side. A month later i started experiencing pregnant like symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, missed period, cramping, tender breast and a lot of bathroom trips. I had unprotected sex twice since my iud removal. however I also have MANY negative HPT. For the past few day I been in barely bearable pain but it seems as the day go on it get worst I can barely stand without buckling over in pain. So my questions is any Idea of what maybe going on? I did schedule a doc appointment in two days but want to go to the hospital because of the pain.

Hello dear Greetings
Concerning your history of nausea dizziness loss of menses abdominal cramp with persistent pain tender breast after a previous sexual Intercourse after removal of an IUD I will suggest a possibility of an ectopic pregnant

Hence please do a pelvic scan to rule out the above condition

Meanwhile please take tablet Tylenol and schedule an appointment with a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and possible surgical interventional procedures if confirmed to be ectopic pregnancy
