What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms When Having Hypothyroidism?

I am very nervous. I feel like I am pregnant. I felt this way with my daughter 8 years ago. I was then and now have hypothyroidism. The test kept coming back negative then ,and are coming up negative now. My cycle is late by a week. The home pregnancy tests are negative.
