What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms While HPT Is Negative?

So, I ve been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms, and I just took a pregnancy test that said it was supposed to take two minutes for the result and it was supposed to be laid down on a flat surface but as soon as I peed on it, the line showed up 2 seconds later negative and faint, and I threw it away, should I have waited? And should I take another test? Am I pregnant??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
I have read your query in details.
Even if the second line is faint it shows positive pregnancy test.
You can do the test once more. use mid stream urine.
Appearance of even a faint second line tests positive for pregnancy.
Kindly visit an obstetrician to get antenatal check ups done and ultrasound to confirm presence of gestational sac.
Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
