What Causes Pressure And Blood During Urination?

Hi since last week I've been having this sort of pressure pain when I urinate but it's not really pain full it feels as if it's someone pushing down on my bladder but there was tiny bits of blood when wiping I drank some cranberry juice when it started and it seemed to be fine then today it's started again with blood on tissue again?

You will need to see a urologist who will do a urine routine test, urine culture test and ultrasound of kidneys and bladder to ascertain the reason for bleeding. Commonest cause i a urinary tract infection.
