What Causes Pressure At The Back Of The Head And Tiredness?

im broke for a start no cash no cards, i have this presure at the back of my head and it feels going to pop, i feel so tired all the time that bed seems to be the only place for me right now. i often have ahot rush of blood run down the side of my head. can you tell me what it is please xx
