Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

The chronic back pain could be related to a wrong posture or prolonged sitting position.
For this reason, I would first recommend performing an X ray of the spinal column (cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions). A spine MRI may be necessary.
If everything is OK, I would recommend trying physiotherapy, to help correct your posture and reinforce your back muscles.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
