What Causes Pressure Like Pain On Thigh While Urinating?

i've had urine tests to see if I have an uti but test came negative. it doesn't hurt to urinate but I do get pressure like pain on my left side high in my upper thigh as if it is a nerve or vein. the pressue travels to my growing, and there is an urge to go but no burning or pain
